I tried to send "Valentine 12 Mix Roses with Celebration Pack" as a valentine gift to my girlfriend using the their same day delivery service. But as soon as the payment was made I received a email saying that the item might not be delivered today. I politely replied saying that I want the order to to be delivered today that’s why I choose same day delivery and if you can’t deliver today please refund the amount I can buy the item from other sites.
Then I got a reply saying "YOUR ORDER IS UNDER PROCESS, THANKS FOR SHOPPING". I though they agreed to send it today. then after 5 hours I tried to inquire about the delivery their phone was switched off whole day so I have to send a email, they again said order is under processing.
Today is the afternoon of next day and the item is still undelivered. My girlfriend thinks that I didn’t do anything for her the whole day and was very irritated. They ruined the whole day for me.
