I brought this product via online. The customer team responds but wont send technicians or they dont have proper company technicians. Most time, they ask send photo or video. A video or photo sometimes cant judge issues inside components working.
Problem:
I am facing water leaking inspite of device operation of purification is done. Send video to customer care, but they feel it is normal, with out sending technician or checking internal of the product.(Air talk)
Today there is alot of water scarcity, and this waste of water is really serious issue.
