It’s been great working for this organization since last 3 years. Berkadia and management provides all comforts for an employee when they carry in a responsible way. I see some employees has complaints on berkadia and any organization you work for. It doesn’t mean company is bad, it clearly denotes they lack knowledge in handling things in a proper way. If you have competitive spirit, want to prove your mettle, berkadia has ample of opportunities.
