Well, no smartphone is best in all the features at a budget price .
just you have to know what you want in a smartphone .
there are three main features of smartphone
(i)best in camera( good for selfie)
note: best camera doesnt that higher megapixel
(ii)best in performance
(iii)good battery backup
you will not get all the three features in a single smartphone but you can get any two in some smartphone
so you have to choose what you want in a smartphone
let me tell you about some smartphone:
MOTO G4 plus is the best camera phone below 15k but you have to compromise with its battery and performance
Gionee Elife S6 is the best camera phone under 20k but you have to compromise with its hardware( performance).
Redmi note 4 has good performance and also good battery backup but a huge compromise with camera
Lenovo P2 has great battery backup and good performance but again you have to compromise with camera
Coolpad cool 1 dual has great camera performance, you can expierence DSLR effect, it also has good battery of 4000Mah, and a average performance,
so you will not get all the three feature best at any smartphone unless you move for high end smartphone.
So, I have just given an example of some smartphone, on the basis of this you can go for a smartphone
I HOPE MY TIP IS HELPFUL FOR YOU
