Dear sir,
i have left with no other choice to approach your form. I was looking for casual shoes. after visiting lots of mall I couldn’t find any good shoes of size 6 at good price. after lots of research at net I came to bestylish.com and found one woodland shoes with offer of 50%off on their website. I called their customer service the same time and confirmed the all formalities by making my account and placed the order of cash on delivery at my address .
After tracking and calling continually they put me on hold for 4 days just with a excuse of quality check . they mailed me that my order is confirm and I will receive it sooner. I was shocked to see a email telling me of cancellation of my order. later when I logged in website I found them selling the same shoe at regular price. i have few questions as follows.
- How much a product take time in quality check once its in shown as ready stock on your site,
2.How can you un-hide the product within few minutes which was not available before cancellation of my order ?
- This is common thing which any one can find out that my ordered product is being sold by site without any offer.
This incident has left me shock and numb . drenched me emotionally. . please look into the matter. and see the screen shot of their site attached herewith.
I will fight for the cause at any cost . Please help me.
