Initially when this serial began I was irked by the gross discrimination between the sexes. I was also irked by the meek behavior of the 4 daughters and their mother at accepting all that injustice. Since the incident of Yuvraj showing his true colors the tables have turned completely. I was as happy as the 4 daughters and Savitri when Suryakant felt he did Savitri and his daughters wrong and consequently apologized for his past behavior. It was a turning point in the serial. I like the fact that there is more than one plot going on in the story- some of the other serials only have one plot ALL the time.
I also like that past issues/plots are always resolved except that the murder of Satyakaam has yet to be addressed. I wish that the writers would address this plot. I think that Karan did it . Please factor this plot into the series. It cant be left unsolved.
