Customer service: -
As we can talk about customer service there is nothing to talk about it .this bewakoof.com guys don’t have any contact number to call and talk only thing they have is email address so if you have any issue you have to email them and the wait 48 hrs for bewakoof.com team to respond I found this thing very time consuming and slow process
Product quality: -
Product quality is average not so good.like product last 3 months after then its quality starts to decrease
Delivery: -it took 1 week to deliver the product
App & website : - as per the app is so slow and required lots of time and some times confusing
Reliability: - Reliability is average
