Bewakoof, an Indian online shopping website grabbed my attention long back in 2013.
I was a little worried to buy clothes from bewakoof leaving behind myntra, jabong, etc., and opting for bewakoof was a tough call for me back then in 2013. I ordered a graphic tee on 2015 which glows in the dark. I liked it. Moreover, it comes at a affordable price range.
Coming to the customer service, its not bad. I got instant help regarding an issue once. But yes of course, bewakoof needs to work on the delivery services. I got delayed twice. I didn’t get the package as per the given time. They are working on it and hopefully solve the problem soon. You can track your items too.
The website is cool and the app is simplified. Ease of access.
