Should really work on their customer service

I will share my experience of purchasing a T shirt from Bewakoof.com. If you browse the site, you’ll find some really cool prints or slogans on very simple T-shirts. I found one really funny and decided to buy it. I normally wear small size but one friend suggested me that I should buy one size larger because their S size is too small. So I ordered a medium one.


The T-shirt arrived late because they said that it was a festive season and there was a huge rush but it was not very late. Approximately 2-3 days late so I was cool with it. The shirt print and fabric was really good I must say. But the size was big for me. My bad. I agree. I contacted their support team and they said that they don’t have option of picking it up from the place of delivery like other online shopping sites like Flipkart, Amazon etc.


They asked me to Courier the T-shirt to them and they will refund the courier money. I had to go a long way to courier it. Cost me 135 Rs. It took another 7-10 days to get a replacement which fit me perfectly. Then I raised request for refund. It took another week and they only refunded 100 Rs. They said it is their policy. I think they should reconsider their policy by current market prices. I know that for a T-shirt worth 450 Rs, 135 rs for return is too much but then they should start a service for this also. Otherwise I am happy with the quality of clothes.
