Nowadays ther are various online stores set up which sells almost every item at an amazing cost, bewakoof.com is also a new one which has an expertise in selling printed t-shirts and mobile phone covers.
Mostly I wear full sleeves plain t-shirts and while searching for one I found this website, after reading various positive reviews I finally decided to order some stuff from this online store.
So I ordered to printed black full sleeves t-shirts at a cost price of Rs.550 each, I got my t-shirts on the 3rd day after the ordering day but unfortunately I recieved one damage t-shirt.
So instantly I contacted the support team and inform them about this issue and the answer I got from their side that they wont be able to initiate a return request for this beacuse they said that it was the 3rd party seller.
The another t-shirt was nice and seems to be a quality product but the other one was a disappointment, seriously bad customer support from now never repeat the same mistake again.
As the name really speaks the real persception of this website as they really make fool of us, instead of this go for flipkart, snapdeal or myntra where you really find good quality products with great customer support and service.
