I ordered Magic bullet from bhaap. The item was delivered after 3 weeks. The packaging looked in bad shape. I opened the package and when I tried to remove the magic bullet box, the contents started to fall from the bottom. The Magic Bullet package looked like it had been through hurricane.
As I removed the first item - the main stand, it was wobbling, as I looked at the bottom I realized that one(out of 4) of the rubber stands at the bottom was missing(pic attached). Next I removed the main jar and realized it was cracked(photo attached). This was enough for me to stop removing anything else and start to put the items back into the box.
I have contacted customer care - which replied after a week saying they will replace it. But it has been 3 weeks and after repeated follow ups, there is no response. The worst part for us(and best for them) is that they have no phone numbers listed anywhere! so you cannot contact them over phone. Check out their website and try to find the contact details - there are none except an email address.
