This is the hospital to have a baby in.the infection control is scientific and really awesome.
The nurses both in the infant nursery & in the wards are smiling and unlike in other big hospital chains, like Apollo, Kolkata, are humane.
The doctors are very approachable and kind. The doc who delivered my daughter, Dr. Gitasree Mukherjee is one of the most approachable doctors in Kolkata. she was and is beside us at our every need.
Even the roof top cafeteria staff at Neotia are cordial and they follow strict hygiene.
The only jarring note is the dietitian there( or the one we met) is callous and big on lip service and not on doing the right thing. When things go wrong she’ll say sorry and that’s about it.
So beware the dietitian and visit Neotia to have your kid delivered there. By the way, they did not fleece me as Apollo did to me.
