My review is based totally upon the hospitals admission and emergency management and not on doctors. I was admitted in the month of August due to sudden labor.. However not only the doctor at emergency was unable to detect the cervix dilation, I was not provided a bed to rest or lie down and in the immense labor was asked to sit on a chair and wait for admission procedures to be completed. Also on asking and repeated request to help me get a bed I was said " only once the admission procedure is completed we can shift you inside" To people who are aware bhagirathi neotia booking of bed is 1 month in prior with a certain lump sum amount. I had booked a vip room and still got treated worse than a government hospital. I definitely had high hopes on this placebuy extremely disappointed. They deal with a sector of treatment which is pretty sensitive and hence the emergency needs more bed and efficient people, so does the admission desk. How illegitimate is it to say that someone in intense labor cannot have a bed to lie down. To prove the authenticity of this review. I am posting my name and room number I was admitted to.
P. S update to my previous review as on date 7th November- I got a call today fron the hospital team, I am providing the calling number for reference as I didn’t ask the lady, s name or missed it considering her ever so kind behaviour. She made a point to add questions to my review stating:
- The incident had happened 3months ago..
2.Our facility management already spoke when you were admitted then what is the concern
3.Weren’t you already told our hospital was in full capacity and still you are making an issue of not having a bed in emergency
Was it not enough that we didn’t put you outside the premises and get you seated in the steel chair for hours outside.
On being rationalized on each point she said " okay thank you" and dropped of.
