Dear Bhanzu,
Myself Amit Singh Sisodia, father of Oshin Sisodia, enrolled for the 150 session program from Bhanzu on 24th Oct. 2025. As stated earlier in my previous email on 29th Oct. 2025 and 2nd Nov. 2025, we are not seeing any genuine responses from your executives and false promises are deepening our doubt on Bhanjus authenticity. Hence, we want to cancel the enrollment of my daughter.
To elaborate, the reasons are as follows;-
On 24th Oct. 2025 Bharat Simhas false promises(which are recorded on video) were as follows, which later on denied by another executive Esha Pandey;
Bharat gave his personal number and said he will be always there to help us in case of any doubts, when I received an email of the course(refer attached Bhanzus welcome email), which was not matching, with the promised made by him and when we tried to contact him, he is not available.
Bharat assured that our daughters 6th Grade syllabus will be covered before the exam. When I saw their pattern and syllabus on the student dashboard, it was different. Even in the welcome email, it was mentioned that first 30th sessions will be basic only and 31st session onwards they will start the Grade syllabus. This clicked the mischief and I started contacting Bhanzu to understand the mismatch.
Bharat said we will be getting the teachers direct whatsapp number and we can share the syllabus with them. But later an executive on call said that its not our policy to share the contact number of the Teacher.
Bharat said that anytime we can cancel the course and get the loan closed. Which again was denied by Ms. Esha, saying 30 classes are mandatory.
About payment also Bharat said if money is being debited from Savings account then you can stop payment anytime. Unlike credit cards, where you have to pay anyway.
Bharat told that our daughter will learn about not only 6th grade Maths but for 7th & 8th grades Maths also. Later on Esha cleared that she will learn basics of Grade 7th and 8th. To learn the full syllabus of 7th & 8th, we should enroll her in 7-8 grade batch.
Above conversation is recorded in the 3 hours video call, held on 24th Oct. 2025, it can be verified anytime.
Later on 31st October 2025, a call was arranged with Ms. Esha Pandey.
We have asked the same questions as mentioned above and found out from Ms Esha that promises made to us by Bharat Simha were false.
Ms. Esha shared one of the module with us, which was partially matching with my daughters syllabus but there is no way for us to share with Bhanzu what my daughters exact syllabus is. So that we can conclude if they will cover the complete syllabus or not.
We asked Esha to let us know if at least we can have contact of the teacher and share the syllabus with her and confirm if she will be able to cover the syllabus, then we were told that she will check and let us know. Until today 6th November, we havent had any response about it.
Also, on the same day we asked about the policy to cancel the enrollment, Ms. Esha said she will check with the team and let us know. Today on the call she said we have to attend at least 30 classes, which she didnt tell us on 31st Oct.s call.
We could have attended 30 classes but at least as agreed you cover my daughters syllabus but now you are denying what you promised. Ms. Esha also sometimes said we can cover the syllabus and sometimes saying it cant be covered by March 2025, when my daughter has final exams.
All the above conversation is recorded in the video call on 31st Oct 2025 and Audio call on 5th Nov. 2025, it can be verified anytime
So every time we are contacting your executives, we are learning that what the previous executive said was a lie. Now my question is, you are making false promises to the parent and just want the parent to pay you money even if you are not teaching what is promised from your end. What shall we parent do now, wait for 30 sessions to complete, after four months my daughters final exam will be there, that time we will be left with nothing in our hand. Because you are not worried about her syllabus and you will play your own syllabus and go. You should think of Students future not only to make money by making false promises. After searching on the net, I found hundreds of complaints about Bhanzu and how people struggled to get their hard earned money back from different ways. 1, 2 or 5 classes are ok, but even if your teachers are not teaching upto the mark for which we are paying or what was promised to us then also we should keep on attending 30 classes and pay you, is not the way of teaching. It is defaming the highly respectful teaching profession.
Considering the above, I request you to cancel my daughters enrollment. So I may think of enrolling my other kid in near future because I genuinely believe that Bhanzus programme is good but it is not suitable for my elder daughter at this time and false promises by someone made us believe it will work for us. Otherwise we wouldnt have taken the risk to enroll my daughter at this time of academic session.
Expecting a positive and prompt response from your end.
