PLEASE DONT ENROLL AND GET BOUND TO THEM FOR YEARS TOGETHERS. They may have the best methods to teach Math. But they are not still built to take or accommodate more kids. They are running out of trainers. For a long term commitment like this, they should be more prepared. what is the use in having a good method, if the promises are not kept.Ultimately, the parents should be happy seeing the kids enjoying math. In my case, I waited for almost a month get allocated a batch for my kid. Initially, they promised they will give the batch which I ask for. Later, they are telling they only have weekend batch and a batch at 9.30 pm. When asked, "is that the time kids learn math?" They are sarcastically saying, yeah kids take that time too. My kids set to school at 7 am in the morning.
I had the demo on March 4th, 2025. I was not getting any update/confirmation till Apr 6th for class slots. I thought something was not right and I immediately started asking for refund to the person called Nithesh who literally pushed me to make the payment in 30 min(after the demo) otherwise I will lose the discount. but still I did my homework on the curriculum and felt good about how the demo went and how they spoke. All the reviews were from Bhanzu. Looks like they are forcing the parents to record the video and post it everywhere. I got carried away. After asking for refund, I went deep into the reviews and I found this website.
I was thinking Bhanzu will make learning math fun and interesting, which I am not able to do at this point of time. Now it has become a Nightmare for me. After multiple calls/message, person named Arjun from Finance department called me. He told, I have been assigned a batch and now I am asking for different batch. but that was not true.This is where I started recording all my calls with Bhanzu. This is on the day after I asked for refund.When I reached Nithesh he told it is out of his hands. This is the person who promised, "I will be there till your kids finishes the class with Bhanzu" Till date I am getting reminder message for my kid’s class(which I did not agree for). Infact I got a message saying my kids is missing the classes and please track it down. These were some of the people to whom I spoke - Dheeraj, Atul, Arjun(Finance), Deep, Prithvijith, Arthi. Everyone told me not to worry and I will get a call in one hour. None returned. I realized, its just a phrase and they are being trained to say like that. Every time I hear, "Arjun will call you back". I spoke to Arjun only once and obviously when they redirect the call to him, he is not willing to take my call. Now recently, I heard from Nithesh that Arjun is waiting on the management to get back. This was told after I made multiple calls and messages. I am from the US and am stuck with these people. It was a hard earned money. People dont know how much we sacrifice to survive here with no help and emotional support.

Anyone who is from USA attending the class and who knows how to approach this and escalate this, please respond back. I am going to fight till I get my money back. I am planning to upload all the conversation and recordings I had with Nithesh and Bhanzu if I dont get any reponse. I think they are planning to keep my money and refund some meagre amount, saying your kid did not attend the classes allocated. I really trusted the Indian way of education system and believed in the person(Nithesh)who reached out to me during DEMO.
PLEASE DONT SUCK THE BLOOD OUT OF PARENTS IN THE NAME OF EDUCATION.WE HAVE OUR OWN MORAL VALUES. KARMA IS A BOOMERANG
