Bhanzu: A Warning - A Complete Scam
This review aims to alert parents about my highly disappointing experience with Bhanzu, which I found to be a complete scam. I hope to prevent others from losing their money and their child’s valuable education time.
Misleading Promises & Subpar Content: Bhanzu’s initial demos promise advanced concepts, but once payment is made, the curriculum shifts to "easy stuff, " rushing completion rather than providing genuine learning. It’s a clear bait-and-switch.
Refund Nightmare: Their refund policy is deceptive. Despite promises of easy cancellations, getting your money back is nearly impossible, met with endless excuses designed to wear you down. This company appears solely profit-driven, trapping funds.
Abysmal Customer Service & Teacher Quality: Post-payment, customer service vanishes. Calls and messages are ignored, and representatives are unhelpful or attempt upsells. Teacher quality is poor, with issues like lateness, early exits, and even scolding children. Support for learning difficulties is non-existent.
In essence, Bhanzu offers a misleading, frustrating, and expensive educational trap. I strongly advise seeking more honest alternatives. Please share your experiences to help others avoid this deceptive company.
