Think twice before enrolling with Bhanzu.
My experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Before enrollment, they aggressively pursued me with 5–6 sales calls a day, demo classes, and promotional offers. But once I joined, the care ended.
Classes were frequently canceled, teachers kept changing, and the overall teaching quality was poor. I requested a withdrawal after 10–12 classes but was told I had to complete 20 classes before even requesting a refund. I did that, submitted my request—and then was completely ignored. Despite repeated follow-ups, no one got back to me.
Worse, Bhanzu appears to actively suppress honest reviews. I was told my refund would only be considered if I deleted my negative feedback. They also delete genuine comments and complaints from their social media pages. It feels like the system is designed to wear people down and discourage them from getting what they’re owed.
Customer satisfaction and transparency seem to mean nothing here. Be very careful before signing up.
