Refund not received

I had enrolled my son for Bhanzu classes. The classes were never regularly held and would get cancelled often. Infact entire month of December 2023 the classes weren’t conducted. I had asked them for a refund as I withdrew the admission. I haven’t received till date any refund. I keep chasing them on Whatsapp but nothing positive. Beware of Bhanzu. They are cheater. Support team is of no help either.
