Honest Review from a Parent

My son is not at all satisfied and happy with the classes because of the cancellation and rescheduling of classes, without any prior notice and checking the availability of the child since the rescheduling is done at your convenience without understanding if the child will be available or now. Neither the recording of the classes is provided. Now, even I’m not at ease with your services. When I enrolled in your program, I was promised a refund if I was not satisfied with the services provided. However, when I have been approaching your team for cancellation for the last three months but I am being forced and pushed to continue your services, which is not ethical. Customer retention is important, but being adamant with customers to continue services is not the right approach.


I have been trying to cancel my subscription and have been reaching out to your team through emails and the only TOLL-FREE number available.


Unfortunately, every time I call your toll-free number, a different person answers, promising that someone from your team would get back to me in a few minutes, a few hours, or a day or two. I have not received any response from your team despite being promised multiple things on different calls every time. As per my conversation with a lady on Saturday, i.e. 1st April, she assured me that she has initiated the cancellation process and the money will be refunded in 21 days. After that on 2nd April, ECS from my account got deducted again to which someone from your team stated "today" that they need completed worksheets to start with the cancellation of the services. Was the lady on Saturday playing "April Fool" with me?


I have been mentally frustrated and exhausted by your company’s lack of response, unprofessionalism, and poor services
