Extremely Disappointed I regret enrolling my son with Bhanzu
I regret enrolling my son with Bhanzu. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
For the past 3 weeks, I have been calling, emailing, and following up with no response from their so-called account manager(the person responsible for parents) or the support team. My son went back to school, and we had agreed in the summer that his class timing would be changed accordingly. Despite aligning directly with the teacher, the manager and support team have completely ignored us.
Because of their lack of professionalism, my son has now missed classes for 3 weeks. Every time I reach out for even the smallest issue, it takes them weeks of back-and-forth to solve it. Their communication is terrible, and they show no accountability toward parents or students.
I feel very regretful for paying for this program and trusting Bhanzu with my childs learning. The teaching itself may be fine, but the management and parent support are unacceptable.
Parents, please be aware before you invest your money and your childs time.
