Pathetic customer support

Since Nov-2022 I want to discontinue my kid maths class with bhanzu, but they didn’t do anything, everytime they told will do will do but in the end nobody resolve my issue.

After a long verbal fight finally they noted my complaint on 10th Jan&2023 and informed me within 15-21 working day my refund will be processed and my lone will be settle, but today is 16 Feb 2023 and still I didn’t received my payment.

Even I called bhanzu continuously after 30th Jan 2023 regarding may loan and refund process but everytime they told me refund will be processe very soon but still not done.

My ECS bounce 2 time because my account was not funded accordingly, because since nov-2022 I continuously call bhanzu regarding stop online classes but they charge me regularly 2 months and didn’t took any action, so I didn’t funded my account and now 2 ecs bounce and it’s showing in my CIBIL.

Bhanzu ruin my financial image also they mentally harras me.

Now I tried to call bhanzu since today morning but they didn’t receive my call.

Personally recommend please don’t go bhanzu they are cheater.
