I took a demo for my child last year in the month of March 23 and post that I got a continuous follow up from Bhanju team stating my child to join their special maths classes. Mr Sandeep Bisht was the sales person who sold me Bhanju classes
I paid around 40k for these classes hoping that my child will learn something new and creative. I was given an assurance that they have a hassle free refund policy in case the program does suit child / parents
My child attended couple of classes and I also was monitoring those classes and could conclude that this program is totally worthless and the teachers involved in the classes are just college students and teaching Normal maths
I decided to withdraw my child from this program and requested for refund and after multiple reminders and follow ups, haven’t heard back from the Bhanzu team. I have been calling the customer support team who always have been giving assurance that my refund will be processed
Bhanzu is a totally cheater who has very smartly designed and easy way of trapping parents to think about their children’s brighter future, however with no deliverables
Seeking my refund of the amount till date
I have already done my numerous follow ups, called call center multiple times but no results
I guess Bhanju has decided to stole our hard earned money
I will leave no stone unturned and will be using various modes to voice out my concerns
My next platform would be social media and Consumer forum if I do not get timely resolution
