Let me explain how the scam works:
First, they will speak very nicely and talk about how differently and effectively they teach.
Then, they will convince you to pay the full amount upfront for the entire course by offering attractive discounts.
They will assure you that if youre not satisfied, you can ask for a refund within the first few months(usually the first 3 months).
Now, heres how I got cheatedbig time.
I enrolled my child in the complete course. Initially, the tutor was excellent and taught with real passion. My child was learning well.
Exactly after 3 months, I received a call saying they needed to change the tutor due to some internal issues. Since they had claimed earlier that all tutors are equally good, we agreed.
Thats when everything went downhill.
The new tutor was not effective, and my childs performance in math started to decline. Ive called them more than 100 times(almost every day) trying to get the issue resolved.
As of writing this review, nothing has been fixed. I havent received a refund or any proper response from Banzu.
Moral of the story: Once you pay them, whether or not youre satisfied with the tutor or course, you will neither get a refund nor proper support.
Dont go with the name "neelakantha bhanu prakash"
I wrote this because I felt guilty for referring some of my own friends to Banzu. I dont want anyone to get cheated or misled.
✅ Suggested Solution:
Better bargain for the year and choose a monthly payment option instead of paying the full amount upfront. Otherwise, dont join.
This way, you retain control and can stop payments if the service quality drops.
