Worst Service from Bhanzu team, as per their commitment about cancelling classes after 20 sessions is FAKE COMMITMENT. I have dropped mail on 27th March 2023 about my intentions for cancellation of classes and till 9th April I have submitted/fulfilled all requirements but today is 21st May and they are still SLEEPING OVER THE ISSUES. I dropped 25 mails till date approximately but they havent yet cancelled my daughters classes, I am getting threats on messages from their RUBBISH FINANCE PARTNER AS they even dont know how to speak with genuine customer on others mistakes. Requesting you before taking these classes on TRIAL BASIS THINK 1000ds times that you should not suffer the way I am suffering. May this comment wake them UP. If you will ask for stars for their after sale service I WILL GIVE -10 RATING TO THEIR SERVICES AFTER SALE. AS A CUSTOMER YOU ARE GONNA HAVE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TEAM.
