I served for 7 and 8 years on this company, company has a great reputation and starvity but it’s clearly neglected the lower level employees with everyone Borden and boundaries.
This company could do much better but somehow the Barrier is the ugliest management goes through stronger on its determined way. Looks like they don’t care for any lower level employee and who even came in their path they destroy them.
