I created a profile for my Brother in law. However I did not have time to check the profiles. Bharathmatrimony representative called me and told there are several matching horoscopes available and requested me to become a paid member to collect them in person from their Rajapalayam branch. Trusting them I became a paid member.
However when my father-in-law checked with them in person, they told the payment is not yet made. I tried to complain to their customer care. Then someone from the branch spoke to me and told that she will get the detail she promised. (She refused to mention her name). However she asked me to look for matching profile and provide list of member IDs. I prepared list and next day my father-in law went to Rajapalayam branch with the list. Again they refused to provide the details.
When I tried contacting the customer care phone number they disconnected the line without providing any solution and BLOCKED MY PHONE NUMBER. Hence I am unable to reach the customer care number again.
In short they are cheating by giving wrong commitments and there is no support from customer care.
