I registered with Telugu matrimony today, 13.2.2016, initially they were telling as free. Later, when I wanted to do any act, blocking me to make payment on every attempt. But, I was getting all calls from every damn, dick and harry. Then out of frustration, I have paid Rs 3900, and then, I completed teh profile etc., But, it was showing my daughters name as LATER.
Then I called their customer care on 1800300XXXXX. Some body attended and send for chaning this Later to actual name he asked me to contact some other department with number like 81449XXXXX. Its again a interactive VR system. Asked to press 3 for talking to their executive, but the digit 3 never gets activated
I asked again the earlier number 1800300XXXXX
He asked me to send a mail. This is the way they behave once we pay the money to them. Despite being an All India Service official, they didnt respond well to me. I doubt how they will react to an innocent, less literate person. Please dont believe these buggers.
We keep preferences but we keep getting requests from persons who have cross 34 to 36 years, for our kids. Sad. Disgusted. I tried all these site

While chatting they will say that you will get a call from the concerned department and disconnect the chatting but you will never get a call from them.
