I have been using Madhwa Matrimony for one year now. There is no customer care in this Company for any complaints. When I renewed my subscription the amount I was asked to pay was Rs.3900 but when I paid through credit card the debit was Rs.4245. I was told that it was a mistake and the amount will be refunded in 2 days. But no refund even after 10 days. They follow up for renewal but when you have issues they would disconnect the calls and there is no way you can complain. Pathetic service from this site. They call for special offers and don’t get misled by such offers as they cheat right royally.
