Looters, Bad Choice, Poor cust service, No updates

Recently I applied for a claim with bharti car insurance through Kun Hyundai service center at gachibowli. I was asked to leave the car at Service Center and I was told that I would be contacted by Surveyor from Bharati Axa.


I got a call from surveyor asking if I left my car at service center. After I confirmed him the same I got the call a week later from Kun Hyundai saying that I will have to pay upto 10K for plastic parts. In between I contacted Bharati Axa service center for status updates and they always say they dont have the update on system


At the time of delivery when I asked for the old parts, I was told by Kun Hyundai people that my insurance people took them. I contact the insurance people of email with their managers in CC but received no response at all


After a week when I saw couple of fine prints in bharati axa forms, I came to know that the customer should get old parts and when I reached Kun Hyundai with that statement, I was taken to the body shop when they said that the parts are crushed off


Somehow I don’t believe them and I can do nothing about it now.So please be careful with the Insurance & Service center folks.Know all your right and be 100% suspicious of their words




  • Unfortunately my claim is not completely paid saying it happened in 2 different accidents saying I dont have enough evidence. I guess both together robbed me instead of paying the insurance. I would have now lost no claim bonus




I think most of the times these surveyors & workshop managers have some sort of tieup to loot
