I have got this number from my friend he don’t comment on anything as he haven’t used it. I thought it would be cheaper than ola and uber. But they don’t even have a mobile app. It is very difficult to book a cab on phone. I had called to number and had talk for booking a bad for almost fifteen minutes. It was just very bad about. Everytime they redirect my call here and there. On talking to them they were talking grudgingly. As if I am their servants. Its a start up which have to be maintain properly. The cab just came after two hour prior to booking. I was having urgent seminar to go but they have just destroyed my plan. And the driver which came for pickup was asking for Rs 200 as bonus. I told him straight that I don’t want to travel anymore. He asked for full fare then. The. I left the place. He shouted at me as if it was my fault. They promise to provide cab within half an hour. They don’t even provide any special services for first booking as ola and uber do. This startup would end up within few years if this continues. I suggest you not to book any cab from here.
