One employee overlaps other employee’s policy understanding and eventually customer suffered
I have initiated for refund based on unethical sales and also fake commitment from sales team of BM, Unprofessioanl staffs front & back end i.e corporate team. After all hard foolow ups for 22 days, I get a call to hear we cannot give you refund.
Such a cheap practice for 4k Rupees. can’t believe this is world’s trusted matrimony site.Boycott Bharat matrimony for this unethical practices.
