We have been a member since of september 2016 and unfortunately not yet to find a right match for my elder brother till now.
Intially We paid Rs 5500/- for a meembership for 1 year in the month of september 2016.There are so many fake profiles and feels very difficult to choose a right match.
On 18th june, We got a call from a person(Mr.Abhisheik) in matrimony regarding to pay the premium charges of Rs 3675/- with tax for next year renumeration.The call was attended by my mother she didn’t know much detail about this.
He(Abhishiek) told that the service will be continue as per your requirements.And also there is a new option to filter the unnecessary profile and get your right choice as per your norms.
My mother paid the charge without my concern.After that I came to know that they collected the charge for next year before 4 months.
Then I contacted that person and he told that their"s mistake and your amount will be credited with in two weeks.
After a 3 weeks I checked the account and got to know that I didn’t receive any money so far and I called him so many times and he is not attending.
Then I contacted Customer service for every alternate days for the repayment of my money but there is no use.Daily there are new operators attending and asking me the full story and telling the money will be credited soon.
Bad experience for me and hope that I will got my money back.
