I received Bharatpe Machine on 31st January 2023 and I was facing Network issues with WiFi and GPRS both the machine was showing some 041 error, i have been calling the call center but they told me it will resolve I need to send the screen shot of error and the back side serial number and it will be resolved, its almost 3 days nothing has moved and after whennyou call the agent I am told to wait untill 6th Feb, I feel its jjust a scam, as 7 days time you have to return it, these guys only buy time till ur 7 days are over so as they are in a strong position to deny the return. After talking to call center I was told to wait untill 6th February 2023. 7 days trial time begins from day one when they delivered their fake machine. After me continuously calling the customer care I got to know that from my UPI transaction service charge of 236/- was deducted for a machine which didn’t even start. Today they charged me for that and deducted immediately their rent for the sim and machine service. The sales guy told me the monthly charge will not be there and its a one time cost of machine which i paid. Need to take some action against these new scammers.
