Dear Sir,
this is second time, I have caught airtel billing intentionally high. last time on last bill cycle, where I was billed Rs540/-(approx). I wanted to tell that I did not request for anything in last 3 months. if I would not have called, I would have paid the amount. I suspect, its intentional money grabbing, which I do not encourage. hence, I want to churn out of airtel. once I informed to the customer care, they told, this will take another bill cycle for adjustment. I see its a customer retention unethical style.
