Customer Service Is Bad

1 week ago on 4 February 2018 airtel has charged Rs.60 from my main balance by activating a value added service, when asked about it they told me that their is no VAS is activated and your balance is not deducted. I checked and contact the customer care again that VAS is activated kindly deactivate it and refund my money, so he started talking rudely. Then I contacted there customer executive in this matter, he checked and said that your issue will be solved and we will return your money in 48 hours. Even after waiting for 5 days I didn’t got my refund. My issue remains unsolved.
