Hi team
This is regarding a notice I received to make a payment that was erroneously credited to my account.
First of all, I didnt receive any call or message/email about this, just letters to my home.
After I got married, I am no longer living at the location of the address the letter was delivered to and I am currently traveling since 2 months for work purposes.
Secondly what is the basis of this error, you cant just say there is an error and then tell me to pay.
Thirdly, the company agents had cheated me and said I was going to get returns of 6-10%, illustrations with this calculation was provided too, and then I got 0.35% returns
Was there any action taken against this aspect of cheating customers?
Let me know
Also, for future communication and correspondence, please call me or write me an email and do not send letters as I do not receive them.
Thanks
Rochelle
