I have been paying premium since last six years, I don’t trust Bharti AXA Health insurance any more, recently my wife was admitted for the removal of Dermoid ovarian cyst, and becauz the hospital was not in the panelled list therefore we applied for Post hospitalisation claim, all the documents starting from Discharge card, medical bills, Test reports were submitted by us to the Bharti AXA reimbursement team, After 15 days they sent a mail with caption "Discrepancy letter" and asking for all irrelevant documents, even documents given to them where again demanded as if not received to them, I would call them a bluffmaster. I dont trust anymore.
Bharti axa keep asking for the internal documents like Indoor case papers, Operative anestheisa note such documents are never been given to the patients, Only discharge card, medical bills Test reports etc are being given by the hospital.
