Even if it works after 100th try, after entering the policy number, DOB, and phone number, the phone line abruptly disconnects. There is no option to reach customer service rep directly. I have tried a lot of times on different days. I cannot register on their website as it is mentioning some inbox to which an email is sent, I am not sure whose it is as they don’t have my email address or asked for it. The local offices don’t pick their calls. There are no offices listed in their policy booklet to which we can personally go. This is by far the worst customer service experience I had. I am yet to go to their office and see how they solve my problem. Negative stars and a court case is what theyr dserve.
