I took 2 policies with Bharathi AXA in 2019. I paid 2 premiums. In 2021 I lost my job. Now they are asking me to pay the premium of 1.5 lakhs so that I’ll get surrender value of 30%. I requested that I cannot pay and now the company is telling that I have to forgo the 3 lakhs amt I paid them.
Because of covid if customer is unable to pay the premium, the company is benefitted. All your hard earned money is enjoyed by them. This company will put you to death before your natural death. Try they allure you with future benefits but your present situation is not taken care.
When I asked my agent he simply says sir I never explained about the surrender policy because you never asked.
There is nobody to listen to your request. If there is anyone at this company who has ethics pls consider covid and let your customers live.
