The Bharti Axa life insurance policy was sold to my dad, and that policy was fake. He mailed the Bharti Axa customer service that he is discontinuing the policy so deactivate the auto-debit option. Two months prior of the due date he has mailed the company for deactivation, but the company hasnt processed the request and debited the amount. It was not our fault that we delayed in requesting the service, its the companys irresponsible behavior and negligence. My dad again mailed the customer service to refund the amount, they simply replied that they cannot refund the amount. This is really unacceptable.
