I have bharti axas Future confident -II stars policy 2008 sep . My policy number is 500-1821288. I was paid contiguously 4 yrs (premium amount 12270 Rs per yer).as part of this plan they said we have partial withdrawal option so I went for partial withdrawal(20, 000 Rs) at the time of with drawl they said I should maintain 12270 as part my premium so I was kept 15000 Rs change I was maintained.
And as part of this plan if we unable to pay premium after 3 years, we can before 2 yrs a should pay 4th premium any how I was paid 4th premium also contiguously....... but I was taken break for 5th premium..for that am getting so many calls from diff Bharthi Axa branches they said try close u old policy because ur not getting benefits will try to convert 15000 change Rs to other new best policy u get more benefits.
I said I dont want close my Future confident -II I will continue this policy after some day I will try check my policy in online its not displaying am getting message u contact held desk..so I was called to customer care toll free they said u r policy automatically surrendered because of less amount I was asked now how much amnt I have they said at the time automatic surrendered u have 14000 change....
I said when I was meet u r branch they said u should 12270.....for that reason am checking amount weekly in online I have more than 12270 depends upon market I was planed to pay my 5th premium in next month. But they given sudden shock u r policy surrendered before that I should get any call or not when am asking that they said sorry for not informing, another executive they said we already called, but not reachable. They are surrendering the policies with intimation.
they cutting all charges for that cuttings also we are not asking but when we are trying to continue the policy after getting their benefits they are automatically surrendering.and finally they said your policy closed...these type misguiding many no of customers loosing their amounts..worst response am getting from customer care they will not provide proper information simply they are cheating the customers...in online they are providing INBOX till now I didnt get any mail in inbox....
I was called continuously 3 days to customer they said u will get call form SR Manger, but I didnt get any call when am asking this they said blindly we make a call not reachable...within few days am going to meet media as well as Consumer Court.... like me Many No of people are Struggling because of Bharti Axa life....
