Bharti's Modus Operandi: A Simple Open & Shut Case

Ah! AirTel States: Express Yourself...!

I Ask: .... Where?

With utter dismay, I write this article in https://mouthshut.com to express my plight.

AirTel Corporate Account (Delhi)

With the Indian Judicial System, suddenly, shaken out of their Stupor, it would only be RIGHT to FLASH this article across all segments of society as an ’’Eye-Opener’’ - and maybe some ADC/ President Body-Guard picks it and even posts it to the Rashtrapati Bhavan, for it was they who awarded the Prestigious PadmaShree to Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal.

As the face of presumably, the pioneer of Mobile Telephony, at AirTel, do you ever step down - from your Throne’s, to know, the REAL Reason, for your DIS-SATISFIED Customer’s churn, everyday, day-after-day?

Go through this article and the other one, under AirTel Link, in entirety, including the comments section, and find out for yourself, what have you contributed to society, that this prestigious Award, the pride of every Indian, seems STAGED, now, even, to a commoner like me? It would not be out of place to Highlight, complete apathy towards my plight, by your very own CEO/ED-NI, Mr. Sanjay Nandrajog, Legal Head, Mr. Rajiv Arora, Delhi Circle Head, T.K Balakumar, Head Customer Care, Ms. Bhavna Puri, and not to forget, the illustrious, Ms. Sonia Bhardwaj (as her own claim-from CEO Office).

I am not sure if the ’’Issues discussed’’ by Rajiv Arora, Naresh Joshi from AirTel, stating, now as ’’Technically Not Possible’’ scenario, contradicting their own claims, thrice; once in PRINT (see Suvendu Dhar’s Offer Letter, dated 14November’05, marked below) and verbal assurances ’’you will get all reversals, as promised, & I’ll physically do it every month, we will stand-by our claim’’- 1st Statement issued by Ms. Sonia Bhardwaj, 08 December’05; 2nd statement, by Gaurav Kataria, on phone on 26/12/05, followed by an SMS acting as the Mediator, for the Legal Head, and 3rd Statement, by Naresh Joshi, on phone, on 12 Jan’06was a genuine attempt to resolve to MY satisfaction and benefit?

{ The 1st 4 Bills were calculated @ SMS Pack Rs.25 (40FREE SMS) Rest @0.60paise/Local SMS, & NOW @ SMS Pack Rs. 50, Rest @0.30Paise/Local SMS as against the ORIGINAL Offer of @ 0.30Paise/Local SMS( Written Offer SEE below) }

Last I remember, it was supposed to be so...., (and perhaps, that’s why, he, the man who claimed as ’’so BUSY’’, was here, otherwise, these (as in my case) small matters are handled by his junior’s?)

If I go by that- I didn’t get any minutes of the meeting, between, him (Rajiv Arora), Naresh Joshi, from AirTel and me, held here at my site, wef 18:30 - 21:00hrs, on 11Jan’06.

As a person who has spent a 1/3rd of my life in a Fortune 500 Passenger Service Industry, I was made to believe that the minutes of any meeting should be sent to all concerned, in attendance. Now that I don’t have any minutes from AirTel,

I (with my small brain) can deduce either of the two:

  1. No minutes were taken for an official complaint

  2. I, the Aggrieved consumer, am deemed ’’not important enough/not concerned’’ to be sent the minutes?

There can be only four fallouts of this communication to Mr. Manoj Kohli, President Bharti Tele-Ventures Ltd:

1. He SIMPLY marks it down to all of the named above, officer’s, who’ll play ’’mail-mail’’ amongst themselves, all ending into a bigger Loop?

  1. He SIMPLY IGNOREs: ’coz as judged, by his Legal Head - ’’Consumer Courts mein Kuchh nahi hota’’. - He’s already declared the case ’’dismissed’’??

  2. He has a dedicated department paid to iron out these (minor) issues, to His company’s benefit only? Without blinking an eye-lid?

  3. The Customer will tire out and churn? So what! One Customer gone, Big deal!?---8 months of my plight, will EVENTUALLY turn out to be, AirTel’s Yearly Delight?

So, once again, the Illustrious, Mister’s & Misses’ of AirTel, as the face of, presumably a large Corporate Service Delivery Conglomerate, could you enlighten me with which of the above six is true?

I hope all the remarks made so far, by me and many others in these mails, and articles, to you(President) and AirTel, haven’t hurt. I hope you understand the reason why its been said...

Here’s is why :

If you could spare a minute to see the number of people who have read this article, and compare it with the number of people in the first of such mails, marked to your 121@airtelindia.com; rajiv.arora@bharti.com; sanjay.nandrajog@bharti.com; trisha.sharma@bharti.com; suvendu.dhar@bharti.com and anurag.prashar@bharti.com - one fact is discernible : the number of people who are getting to listen to all this isn’t going down..

And, if you allow me, was I to be in your shoes I would have dealt, whoever is responsible for this mis-management, with an Iron fist (Although, I think that would pretty much clean up AirTel, but I think it should be worth it...)...

This is only making AirTel more and more notorious...with each passing day and hour and minute....

And so, if I could intervene again, the name of the game should be ACTION. Full Stop.

I, as a customer, of the (dis) services of AirTel only wants to put the record straight, on what has happened and get this resolved in an appropriate manner, Morally and Justly.

Thanks & Regards,

AirTel Corp Cust (Delhi)
