Airtel services are deteriorating day by day. Each time when expectations are high, it lets us down. Festivals seasons are the timings when we use our mobile to the maximum, but this is the tactics airtel has adopted to mint money. This diwali, it was informed that all sms will be charged at 0.50 ps but I was charged Re.1. But when enquired, I get different explanation for all the charges.
In this competitive market, if Airtel is continuing to bill this way, I don’t think there will be any customers who will continue with Airtel. With MNP across, this is not the way they are supposed to bill.
This festival was really annoying because of excess billing in sms.
