I went to Bharti Easyday store at Celebration Mall in Udaipur and it has been a very bad experience.
First, when I asked about any sports section, no one could tell me anything about sports section in the shop. I just looked around but found nothing!
After that, I bought many stuff worth Rs. 2000( mostly non-veg frozen food) as this is the only mall which has these things.
The payment counter was long. Many people were coming everywhere and the person in the counter entertaining everyone! No sense of Q nor any management of Q! We had to stand almost 30 minutes though there were hardly 3 customers!
The card payment system was not working. When I paid in cash, the returned me a soiled 50 Rs note, when I asked for replacement, he rudely replied that it will not be replaced! I had to shout and argue for the money he owed me!( If you are owner of Bharti Easyday and if you are reading this, here is piece of advise for you then listen, don’t steal like this as a common thief, be a a proper thief and steal at night or steal like Harshad Mehta, that will sound much better).
My recommendation is, never visit that pathetic store if you don;t have plenty of time to spare or kill. The service is very poor and you never expect such service from a retail store of that size!
