Incident 2

I have purchased a wide assortment of goods worth Rs. 4, 165.21 at Easy day Gurgaon on 25 - 9 - 2013, Invoice 09014 . I was accompanied by my kids aged 5 and 7, hence kept getting distracted from the billing counter 2-3 times to prevent them going too far etc.
On reaching home, I found that a package of Loose Kabuli Chana missing from my items, even though I have paid for it.
Trying the phone number multiple times, got no reply. Number kept ringing, no pickup.
Incident 1

About 2 weeks back, we had again gone to Easy day with kids and among purchases worth about Rs 2400 and change, we had purchased 2 packets of "MDH Hing" worth Rs 60 each .
On reaching home we found the 2 packets missing.
On phoning the store, they said the packets are small, must have falled somewhere, if they find them they will phone us. No response after that.
Advise

a) Avoid going to Easyday with kids
b) If going to Easyday with kids, don’t buy 30-40 items worth several thousand. Restrict your purchases to 4-5 items
c) Please be VERY CAREFUL about pilferage at checkout counter, specially when accompanied by small kids.
