Inefficient cable laying co.

It was recently that Bharti Enterprises was digging a trench to lay OFC on D’Souza Road. It was always thought that private companies are more efficient than government departments. It doesn’t seem to be so in the case of Bharti Enterprises. They were and are an unmitigated nuisance. Other companies such as Reliance seem to be more experienced in laying cables. On the very same road Reliance had adopted trenchless technology without disrupting other service lines or causing any problems. Bharti Enterprises on the other hand had piled huge mounds of sand on the pavement for their own use, and which later came in the way of their own diggers who decided to shift it out of their way by simply sending some of it cascading over a compound wall damaging the painted surface and sending some sand into a garden. They also handled DOT cables coming their way in a cavalier fashion, slicing through whichever cable came in their way resulting in disruption of telephone services. Their PR too seem rather hamfisted, they assure the caller they will send an engineer to meet the complainant, but they instead send a contractor who can only speak Telugu. Bharti Enterprises also doesn’t supply water to its workers resulting in the workers strolling into gardens and opening taps as though its their house. I hope this review will serve as a warning to residents of areas where Bharti Enterprises may start digging.
