Worst Servicing and toooo bad adviser
Pathetic service center.
I wanted to give my ford figo car for its 4 servicing. I always use to take my car at Shreeji ford servicing centre(again one of bad servicing center) but its shut down. No doubt it was going to close as they were worst at their work. So i opted for Bhavana ford Turbhe
I gave my car to one of service adviser and told him to fix new mirror glass, viper, rat repellant and to give paint touch up to some areas on the car and also fix up the antenna
The adviser in front of me made the bill put all the additional items in the system and generated the bill of 10, 239 and i was okay with it. That guy called me other day and told me that the bill is 13, 481/-
I was shocked to hear that and asked for explanation. I agree that the guy called for some approval of the part and i said yes to him but the price was of 600 Rs. I dont understand what the extra for
Finally I went to get the car, and again was completely disappointed when I saw
NO ANTENNA WORK DONE
NO PAINT TOUCH UP
AND BULLSHIT EXPLANATION BY THE Adviser - He said - "Sir vo paint & antenna avaliable nahi he" & for the increase price part he was confidently telling lying to me that - " Sir mein ne vo mirror and viper ka add nahi kiya tha"
I checked the invoice 10 times, didn’t accepted it- I dont know what and from were he added so many costs, labour cost and other cost
Left with no choice I had to make the payment
But overall too bad experience and that adviser such a cheat man. I am having his name, contact no and other invoice details but don’t want to ruin that person reputation so only not putting it here.
Guys avoid that Bakwas Bhavana ford servicing...
