I am going to this theatre several times. I watch many movies in this cinema. But it is not updated in present time. Ticket rate is very low. The sound quality is not very good. The picture Quality is good. The sound is not clear. And the other thing the theatre is not well clean. The washroom is not clean properly. The sitting chair is not comfortable. In coochbehar only this cinema hall. So improvement is necessary for this cinema hall.parking facility for vehicles is also not comfort. I advice please provide necessary needs in cinema hall to grow the growth of cinema hall. Security guard present in main gate to check all unnecessary things not enter the hall i.e. Pan masala gutka biri this things not used in the cinema hall and washrooms. So not a best cinema hall.i think waste of money.
