It is the first UPI app I have used and I used it for a long time.The application is brought by NPCI.It was great initiative by goverment to launch BHIM.
While I was using the app firat I think it was a good app to do seamless transaction.The app was very smooth and easy to use.But it has lots of internal glitches.
First of all app update is really bad.Whenever there is an update available, I have to re-link my account everytime.
Sometimes it is hard to connect to the bank account although confirmation sms has been sentbfrom mobile( Specially with my SBI account)
Next is its transaction failure.If you are using the app daily you must get 2-3 failed transaction.There is no direct support from the customer support.When first I faced a failed transction, instantly I raised concered.I got reply ftom them 2 days later and transaction was averted after 5 days.Not only once this has happened to me a lot.
The application design is not so eye catching.It is quite simple and all white.
So I have quit using BHIM App and using Google Tez.
