Their customer care are so busy that you cannot reach them even after 15 calls, as they are busy resolving the mistakes they have done, which probably occurs to every one. Be prepared to wait for an hour before you get lucky and, you get answered.
Quality checks are so good that they don’t know that faded color has a negative impact on clothes.
Quality checks are even good at not recognizing old clothes, which they sell online. They look so poor, one could think of it equal to something as a door foot mat.
Moreover, the ultimate checks may result in sending wrong products which may surprise you, but don’t be, you will get used to it.
